The average prep and dinner time is approximately (3) hours. We will arrive 1-2 hours before your dinner start time. Hibachi catering is popular for small dinner parties sitting around the hibachi table or interactive/live cooking experiences to large group buffet catering options.
Choose from on-site service style (complete with portable grill, hibachi chef and service staff)
Our mobile set up can go to almost any location of choice. Our teppanyaki has been popular in backyards, Lake fronts, and event venues. We primarily service Dallas, Austin, Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. But we travel all over.
Here's what we provide:
Personal hibachi chef, sushi chef, bartender, entertainment, fried rice, hibachi vegetables, salads, (10) chairs, black cloth table linen, red cloth napkins, dinner plates, silverware, chopsticks, glass water, music, and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
