By submitting this form that I have fully read the terms and conditions set forth for the services provided by Black Samurai Mobile Hibachi Catering. 

In the event that my date is available/accepted a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking (within 24 hours) and WILL NOT be refunded once payment is remitted. Deposited can be giving at anytime to reserve your date. Full payment is due within (3 days) of your event.  NO APARTMENTS! RESIDENTIAL HOMES ONLY! We will notify you if your date is accepted. Our mobile bar and sushi set up can go to almost any location of choice. Our bar and sushi has been popular in backyards, beaches and event venues. We primarily service Dallas, Austin, Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. 

Here's what we provide: Hibachi chef, music, fried rice, vegetables, salads, entrees of your choice, Seating for 10, red napkins, dinner plates, silverware, chopsticks, beverages and waitstaff  (Please provide us with electricity at this time.)  Please note that ALL parties more than 40 mile radius from 75125 there will be a $3.50 per mile mileage fee.
